The “Systems” Career Information

How much did the “System” teach you in how to plan and develop your career? For most of us we have had to learn and figure it out along the way, quite often at a very big employment career price. Did you think as long as you did a very good job and stayed the course with a company that the “System” was going to take care of you? A lot us of did! In the past 60 years the United States has been a great place to work and has had the best “System” for the average person, but is that good enough?
