Right Company

Is there a "Right" company for me?  Over the last 36 years we have asked that question to every person we've interviewed, and almost everyone has said that it was very important .  We were all initially influenced to look for the "right" company.  The "System" led us to believe that we could possibly spend our entire career with one company.  Maybe when this country had no competition that was almost possible.  Even back then, the only problem is that every one of those people were seeking something that doesn't exist.  If you truly were looking for something that didn't exist, how often would you be disappointed?  There are several real world answers that explain why there are no "right companies" in the world.

I know everyone wants there to be a "right" company, and in these few sentences I may not be able to change your mind, even if I try.  However, let me ask you this question:  Do companies ever guarantee an employee anything?  NO!!!!   There is a “real world of employment” answer to this question and once a person learns what it is, many things become much clearer regarding employment.  This too is covered in the “RKS:  298” Employment Concept.
