Education is an important part of our society; learning and knowledge is a very good thing. Within your field of employment you should know the importance of having a four-year degree as it relates to your overall employment career.
Is it education or experience, which is the most important? As important as education is to the "System" and to most of the people that are educated, nothing will replace experience and a solid work ethic when it comes to your employment career. If getting an education is important to you because knowledge is a good thing, then EMCON is all for it. If you believe education should be a general qualifier for most jobs, then EMCON's not. There are various positions that a four-year degree does greatly enhance: With that said, there are twice as many positions for which there is no relative benefit. The "RKS: 298" program stresses how important education is to the "System" and the role it will play in your employment life.
The “System” often leaves out what the “RKS: 298” Concept views as the most important evaluation: The effort and level of one's actual performance. We are in a “System” that dictates if you don't have at least a four-year degree you potentially will have an employment problem. You must know what education standard your profession requires; not only for today, but in the immediate future as well. There is more covered in the “RKS: 298” Employment Concept on this subject, all of which will allow you to get the proper employment perspectives on education and experience.
