2009 EMCON FEE RATES
We want your business and the opportunity to prove that we are your best option when it comes to hiring radiology & biomedical employees.
Fee Option #1: EMCON'S 25% PROGRAM, it consists of the following: EMCON’s fee is 25% of the first year’s strarting salary. There two main features of the program: One is that you only pay one-half (50%) of the fee up front (payable within thirty-(30)-days of the starting date), this has a thirty- (30) -day money back warranty. You then have 5 additional months to evaluate your new employee before you pay the 50% balance. Second, should the new employee's employment be terminated for any reason between 30 and 180 days, you pay nothing additional. Bonus: If all payments are received as agreed (50%‑30 days of starting date and the final 50% before 180 days), you can deduct 10% of the total fee off your final payment.
Fee Option #2: EMCON'S 20% PROGRAM, the fee is 20% fee of the first year’s starting salary, with a thirty- (30) -day money back warranty, payment is due within thirty- (30) -days of starting date. EMCON additionally offers a sixty- (60) -day replacement warranty, to qualify for the extended warranty payment is due within thirty-(30)-days of start date. If EMCON doesn't complete the replacement, we will apply 100% of the original fee toward our next two recruiting assignment with your firm or hospital.
Fee Option #3: EMCON'S RETAINER CONTRACT PROGRAM, offers our best rate. The Retainer Contract Program requires a one-time $1,000.00 fee paid upon the signing of the retainer agreement. You save $1,000.00 on your initial placement; on all placements thereafter this program is $2,000.00 lower than our standard 20% fee agreement, thus giving you our best fee rate. Your firm can hire as many as you want, or hire just one. There is a standard thirty- (30) –day warranty with this program. The program requires the payment of the fee to be made within thirty-(30)-days of the new employee’s start date. If payment is received within 30 days EMCON will provide a sixty- (60) -day replacement warranty on each placement.

There are several significant differences in EMCON’s “RKS: 298” recruiting approach concept, all were developed to enhance the results of the employer and employee’s working relationship.

1). All business transactions between EMCON and our candidates/clients are always strictly confidential. No contact information or resumes are forward to either party without expressed permission.
2). Each candidate and/or job opening must meet certain EMCON marketability standards before we will represent them.
3). Our in-depth interview (3-5 hours) establishes the “real world” marketability of one’s skill, the track record they have established, and the individuals overall people/customer skills.
4). EMCON knows employment and recruiting, we don’t claim to be the technical expert. However, we do check the candidate’s technical references with at least two managers, peers and customers before we represent them. These would be individuals the candidate has worked with or has done work for in
the past. These are completed and must meet acceptable industry, company and EMCON standards.
5). The “RKS: 298” employment system evaluates the candidates present wants, as well as the individuals 5 and 15-year career goals. This is important; because if the position doesn’t provide the career marketability and/or goals of the candidate, then we don’t refer them.
