2009 Emcon Fee Rates

Fee Option #1 – Imaging Service Engineers:  EMCON'S 25% PROGRAM, it consists of the following:  EMCON’s fee is 25% of the first year’s starting salary.  There two main features of the program: One is that you only pay one-half (50%) of the fee up front (payable within thirty- (30) -days of the starting date), this has a thirty- (30) -days money back warranty.  You then have 5 additional months to evaluate your new employee before you pay the 50% balance.  Second, should the new employee's employment be terminated for any reason between 30 and 180 days, you pay nothing additional.  Bonus:  If all payments are received as agreed (50%‑30 days of starting date and the final 50% before 180 days), you can deduct 10% of the total fee off your final payment.

Fee Option #2 – Imaging Service Engineers:  EMCON'S 20% PROGRAM, the fee is 20% fee of the first year’s starting salary, with a thirty- (30) -days money back warranty, payment is due within thirty-  (30) -days of starting date.  EMCON additionally offers a sixty- (60) -day’s replacement warranty through the 90th day from start date, to qualify for the extended warranty payment is due within thirty- (30) -days of start date.  If EMCON doesn't complete the replacement, we will apply 100% of the original fee toward our next two recruiting assignment with your firm or hospital.

Fee Option #3 – Imaging Service Engineers:  EMCON'S RETAINER CONTRACT PROGRAM, offers our best rate.  The Retainer Contract Program requires a one-time $1,000.00 fee paid upon the signing of the retainer agreement.  You save $1,000.00 on your initial placement; on all placements thereafter this program is $2,000.00 lower than our standard 20% fee agreement, thus giving you our best fee rate.  Your firm can hire as many as you want, or hire just one.  There is a standard thirty- (30) -days warranty with this program.  The program requires the payment of the fee to be made within thirty- (30) -days of the new employee’s start date.  If payment is received within thirty- (30) -days EMCON will provide an additional sixty- (60) -days replacement warranty on each placement.

Biomedical Fee Option:  Thirty- (30)- of the starting annual salary.
