WHO'S IN CHARGE OF YOUR CAREER?

Most of us go from day to day and job to job?  Never knowing the many issues that affect the direction and overall outcome of our careers.  The decisions we make today have a long-lasting influence on where we will be and what we will be doing for years to come.  Here's a good career question:  Am I really in charge of my career or is my employer/system?

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

At EMCON CMA, INC., career development is our number one priority. In planning and developing a career, we found that there are six major issues:
