Attitude

It's all about "ATTITUDE".

Every motivational speaker will include "ATTITUDE" as one of the major determining factors within their presentation. What EMCON's "RKS:  298" Concept teaches is how to use "ATTITUDE" properly in the workplace.  

If this "ATTITUDE" thing is so important to one's career, then why is it that the majority of the employees have the wrong one?  There are many things that occur in the workplace that create "attitudes"; unfortunately the majority are viewed badly, and most of them we often don't control or like.  If not properly career-focused, you too can be negatively affected by these issues.

One thing that we have seen to help in maintaining the proper attitude is to establish a job or career purpose (in most cases it should be the marketability you gain from the job and a time-frame for you to accomplish it) for each position you hold.  This will help to keep you focused on the bigger picture when things around you are not going so well.  Having a job or career purpose will help you maintain the proper career "attitude" and focus, while others in the very same situation will be shooting themselves in the foot by letting their "poor attitude" get the best of them.  All statistics show that those individuals who maintain a positive "attitude" increase their odds dramatically of gaining greater employment results!
