About the "RKS:  298" Concept

1).  Since 1990 we have worked with hospitals, ISO’s and manufacturers specializing in the recruitment, career development and placement of imaging and biomedical service engineers throughout the USA.

2).  The owner is Roger K. Springer, C.E.C., and a certified employment consultant since 1974 with over 40 years experience in recruiting, career development and employment consulting. We now have Offices in Virginia, Florida and Ohio to better serve our candidates and client companies.

3).  From 1996 to 1998, EMCON was responsible for providing both the annual salary survey, and a regular column “The Issue Is:” for the Industry’s magazine, HealthTech’s “24X7”.  In 1999 we were only involved with the survey column.

4).  EMCON CMA, Inc. has developed and pioneered the “RKS:  298” employment system, it’s an innovative career-consulting concept to recruiting.  It features what EMCON calls, “The Real World of Employment!”

5).  Over the past ten years, EMCON has developed a successful working relationship with many of the top ISO’s, OEM’s and Hospitals throughout the country.

6).  EMCON understands that we will only be as successful as the clients with whom we do business.  The profitability of our clients is one of the main goals of the “RKS:  298” program concept.
